Our Day

School Hours

The School Office is open 7.00am - 6.00pm and a member of the School’s Management Team is on-site during these hours.

The Pre-School day is 8.30am – 3.30pm. Any student at school 7.00 - 8.15am and 3.45 - 6.00pm must join the Extended Care programme for which a fee applies.

The Junior School day is 8.00am - 4.00pm, with Extra-Curricular clubs until 5.15 or 5.30pm. Any student at school 7.00 - 7.45am and 5.30 - 6.00pm may play under supervision and for which no fees apply.

AM Drop Off

Students must be signed in by their parent with either the Pre-School Extended Care / Junior School duty teacher or the student’s class teacher. At this time, the receiving teacher conducts a “wellness” check to determine whether the student is fit to attend school that day. Please note that the teacher is legally obligated to refuse a student s/he feels to be unfit for school, such as through illness or through being a possible threat to the health of other students by having an infection. The teacher is also legally obligated to inspect the general wellbeing of the student and to inquire after any cuts, bruises or scratches.

PM Pick Up

Students must be signed out by a parent or by somebody previously authorised in writing by a parent with either the Pre-School Extended Care / Junior School duty teacher or their class teacher. At this time, the teacher conducts a “wellness” check to determine whether the parent, or designee, is fit to take the child that day. Please note that the teacher is legally obligated to refuse to allow a student to go with someone s/he feels to be unfit at that time, such as through inebriation or through a suggestion that that person might be a threat to the well-being of the student.

Meals

Students who are dropped off before 8.00am will be given breakfast if they have not already eaten and parents will be charged. Students are expected to bring lunch; any student without lunch will be given an “Emergency Lunch” and parents will be charged. Dinner is not served as all students should be collected by 6.00pm.

Snacks

Students are given snacks in the middle of each Session. Students in the PM Extended Care programme are also given a snack. Contact us for an email version of the current Snack menu.
